Important

The website does not collect payment online in the current Cloudflare rebuild. Any payment should follow a reviewed invoice or direct written instruction from PacificHashing.

Service scope

PacificHashing provides hosted SHA-256 mining plan review and related setup support.
Customers may ask PacificHashing to configure pool details or may provide their own pool and worker information.
Mining hardware remains operated by PacificHashing or its hosting partners unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Orders and payment

The rebuilt checkout creates a manual invoice request; no card, PayPal, or crypto payment is collected on the website.
Availability, pricing, customer details, and setup requirements are reviewed before invoice instructions are issued.
Legacy payment references on archived pages should not be treated as active payment instructions.

Refunds and cancellation

Payments are non-refundable except where an approved written money-back or service-credit policy applies.
If a refund is approved, mined output or service already delivered may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Customers should confirm contract duration, start date, pool setup, and payout method before paying an invoice.

Security and acceptable use

Customers must provide accurate contact, pool, wallet, and invoice information.
Attempts to abuse, attack, probe, or bypass PacificHashing systems are prohibited.
PacificHashing may investigate misuse and preserve records needed for operational or legal review.

Service level

Hosted mining is operated on a best-effort basis with monitoring, maintenance, and replacement processes where applicable.
Scheduled maintenance, customer-side configuration errors, third-party pool outages, internet routing issues, and force majeure events are excluded from uptime claims.
Any service credit must be reviewed against the relevant invoice, contract, monitoring records, and support ticket history.
